How to link an account
Link your council service accounts here to view your balance, payment history and household details.
Council Tax
1. You must be named as the council tax bill payer.
2. You will need your 11 digit Council Tax reference number (from your bill or payment card)
3. If you are liable for more than one property, please link each account separately with the relevant reference number(s)

Rent
1. You must be named as a tenant or joint tenant and rent your home from Renfrewshire Council.
2. You will need your 13 digit Rent account reference number (from your rent statement). If you don't have your rent reference, please call us on 0300 300 0222 then select option 1 followed by option 3. A member of our team will confirm your details and give you the rent account reference.
